Breakfast of Champions

Breakfast of Champions returns to RBC Place London, hosted by St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation in partnership with CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services.

As the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Southwestern Ontario, this annual breakfast raises awareness and funds for mental health care in our region. Since 2007, the event has raised more than $2.1 million in support of mental health programs.

This year’s theme, Mental Health in the Digital Age, explores how social media, constant connectivity, and digital habits impact well-being. The program features guest speakers Carol Todd, an internationally recognized advocate for online safety, and Bailey Parnell, an award-winning researcher in digital wellbeing.

The morning also includes the Champion of Mental Health & Addiction Awards, recognizing individuals and organizations who have made a meaningful contribution to mental health and wellness in our community.

Proceeds from the event support mental health care programs at St. Joseph’s Health Care London.
