An evening to mingle with old friends and support the Holy Roller Preservation Project.
The 1st Hussars Calvary Fund presents the Holy Roller Memorial Gala on June 4, 2022 in conjunction with the 150th birthday of the 1st Hussars.
The Holy Roller is one of only two such tanks remaining in Canada that survived from the D-Day landings in June 1944 to the end of the war in Europe in 1945.
The Holy Roller was removed from Victoria Park in 2021 for preservation. The 1st Hussars is looking to raise funds to help preserve the legacy of the Holy Roller and honour our fallen and living heroes.
This event is open to the public and features a reception, displays, kit shop and a formal ceremony.
Reception starts at 6PM with the Ceremony commencing at 7PM. Tickets are $100 and sales end May 22.
