The International Women's Day Breakfast is an annual fundraiser that takes place in support of the London Abused Women's Centre (LAWC). Each year we welcome a keynote speaker to share their experiences while focusing on a particular topic that affects women. The community gathers to hear inspired words from our guest speaker, bid on Silent and Live Auction items, as well as take part in other fundraising games. All of the items featured in the auctions and games are generously donated by many businesses in London, surrounding area, and beyond. The morning is a great opportunity to connect with fellow community members and raise money for an important cause and vital services for abused women.
The event also features a Silent and Live Auction (including two championship-worn ice skating dresses of Olympic Gold Champion Tessa Virtue!), Mystery Envelopes as well as Live Musical Entertainment by Sarah Smith.
