Christmas at Our Place brings small and medium-sized businesses together for a festive night at RBC Place London, with dinner, entertainment, dancing, a photo booth, door prizes and plenty of holiday atmosphere. You bring your team. We'll handle the rest.

Tickets

Early Bird: $80 per person (Until November 2)
Regular: $85 per person

Groups of 5 or fewer can join one of our XS Business Tables and celebrate alongside other local teams.

Online Ordering Site

It's easy!

Simply purchase the tickets for your group and we'll email you digital copies for each of your guests. Or, you can have your guests purchase their own tickets directly using the online shop as well. When purchasing your tickets, we ask that the purchaser please add a note to the order with the company/group name.

The online site is also where you can pre-purchase wine, appetizer platters and drink ticket packages.

Please note the ballrooms and reception areas will only be accessible from 6pm onwards.

Appetizers & Late Night Platters
Special food platters are available for pre-purchase for your table(s). Each platter serves approximately 10 guests. Table delivery at 6:30pm or 9pm.

Cheese Board featuring the finest Domestic & Imported Cheeses, Seedless Grapes, Berries, Water Biscuits and French Bread (GF option available)
Chilled Jumbo Shrimp (30 pc) with Lemon and Cocktail Sauce (GF)
Charcuterie Platter featuring Assorted Local Cured and Smoked Artisanal Meats, Prosciutto, Salami, Dried Beef

Bar

Our bar will feature both premium and domestic options for beer, wine, and spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks and juice.

Specialty Drink Ticket Packages
Each package includes 10 specialty drink tickets, good for any drink at the bar. Order and distribute them to your team before the party, or let your staff pre-order their own drink tickets!
Packages cost $105 each.

Non-Alcoholic Drink Ticket Packages
We heard you! Not everyone drinks alcohol and so this year we're offering a non-alcoholic drink ticket package for just $40. Use these 10 tickets to purchase pop, juice, or sparkling water.

Tables

Seating at rounds of 10 (rounds of 12 to be approved or designated by RBC Place London).
XS Business Tables: Groups of 5 or fewer may be seated with other guests at an XS Business Table.

Parking

Parking in our underground parking garage is included in the ticket price* (subject to availability). The entrance to the underground lot can be found just east of our main entrance on York St.

Coat Check

Complimentary coat check will be available for all guests.
