Christmas at Our Place is expanding with two festive evenings to choose from:

No matter which date you choose, your group will enjoy the same great food and service, live entertainment, and festive atmosphere we've been offering for almost TWO decades!

Tickets

Early Bird Ticket Price: $78 per person (ends Nov 10)
Regular Ticket Price: $83 per person

Ticket includes:

• a delicious buffet dinner
• music and dancing
• a chance to win amazing door prizes
• photo booth with keepsake photos
• complimentary underground parking (first come, first served)
• complimentary coat check
• coffee/tea service and late night snack
• all applicable taxes and service fees

Online Ordering Site

It's easy!

Simply purchase the tickets for your group and we'll email you digital copies for each of your guests. Or, you can have your guests purchase their own tickets directly using the online shop as well. When purchasing your tickets, we ask that the purchaser please add a note to the order with the company/group name.

The online site is also where you can pre-purchase wine, appetizer platters and drink ticket packages.

Cocktails | 6:00PM - 6:30PM
Dinner | 6:30PM - 8:00PM
Dancing | 8:30PM - 1:00AM

Please note the ballrooms and reception areas will only be accessible from 6pm onwards.

Enjoy a festive holiday-inspired meal with all the trimmings! Gluten-Free and Vegetarian/Vegan options will be available.

Appetizers & Late Night Platters
Special food platters are available for pre-purchase for your table(s). Each platter serves approximately 10 guests. Table delivery at 6:30pm or 9pm. 

Choose from:

• Cheese Board featuring the finest Domestic & Imported Cheeses, Seedless Grapes, Berries, Water Biscuits and French Bread (GF option available)
• Chilled Jumbo Shrimp (30 pc) with Lemon and Cocktail Sauce (GF)
• Charcuterie Platter featuring Assorted Local Cured and Smoked Artisanal Meats, Prosciutto, Salami, Dried Beef
• Sliced Side of Cold Smoked North Atlantic Salmon with Bagel Chips and Traditional Garnishes (GF option available)

Bar

Our bar will feature both premium and domestic options for beer, wine, and spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks and juice. 

Specialty Drink Ticket Packages
Pre-order drink tickets and beat the line-ups. Each package includes 10 specialty drink tickets, good for any drink at the bar. Order and distribute them to your team before the party, or let your staff pre-order their own drink tickets! Packages cost $100 each. 

✨NEW✨Non-Alcoholic Drink Ticket Packages
We heard you! Not everyone drinks alcohol and so this year we're offering a non-alcoholic drink ticket package for just $40. Use these 10 tickets to purchase pop, juice, or sparkling water.

Drink ticket packages and bottles of wine are available for pre-order on our Online Ordering Portal. 
All orders must be completed by November 23, 2025.

Tables

Seating at rounds of 10 (rounds of 12 to be approved or designated by RBC Place London).
Note: Groups of 5 or less may be seated at a table with other guests.

Parking

Parking in our underground parking garage is included in the ticket price* (subject to availability). The entrance to the underground lot can be found just east of our main entrance on York St.

Coat Check

Complimentary coat check will be available for all guests.
