RBC Place London is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just 5 minutes from the VIA Rail train station and 15 minutes from London International Airport. With nearby hotels, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance, our venue offers easy access and plenty of parking for a seamless event experience.

Location

RBC Place London is located at 300 York Street, on the northeast corner of York Street and Wellington Street. Our main entrance is on York Street. Our south entrance is accessible through the Encore Terrace and King Street doors located on the south side of King Street. The convention centre is connected by a pedestrian walkway to the King Street Ballroom at 300 King St. and the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel London. Conference delegates staying in the hotel can use the walkway to connect to our second floor. 

 

Parking

RBC Place London has its own underground multi-level parking lot with 305 spaces, including two EV charging stations (servicing 4 spaces) and accessible parking. During events, the building can be accessed directly from the lot by elevator without going outside. 

Daily and monthly parking options are available in our underground lot, which is accessible from York St. The entrance is located just east of the main entrance to the building. 

Daily Parking Rates (incl. HST)

Between 6am and 2am:  $2 per 30 minutes (up to $12 max)
Between 2am and 6am:  $12 flat rate
24 hour maximum:           $24

Please note: Our automated parking system is cashless. Visa Debit and all major credit cards are accepted. Special event pricing may also be available, depending on the event organizer.

 

* York Street Construction Update *

Construction has resumed on York St. between Wellington St. and Colborne St. as part of the City of London’s York Street Infrastructure Renewal Project.

From March to June 2026, York Street will be fully closed between Wellington Street and Colborne Street. A second phase of construction will close the York Street and Colborne Street intersection from July to September 2026. 

Access to RBC Place London and nearby parking lots will still be available.

Visitors can reach parking areas using alternate local access routes:

  • The underground parking garage will be accessible via Waterloo Street.

  • Local access to parking lots east of the building will be available from King Street and Waterloo Street.

  • Access to the parking lot across from RBC Place London will be available from Wellington St.

Please allow a few extra minutes for travel time when attending events during the construction period.

Accessibility and Drop-Off Access During Construction

Guests with mobility or accessibility needs may wish to use the passenger elevator located in sections P1 or P2 Upper of the underground parking garage. During events, these elevators provide direct access to both the main floor and second floor of RBC Place London and can accommodate wheelchairs and other assistive devices.

Drivers making drop-offs in the underground garage (including cabs and rideshare) may exit the lot afterward using the 20-minute grace period provided for parking. Please take a ticket when entering and scan the ticket upon exit. The parking gate will lift.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

We have two ChargePoint Electric Vehicle Charging Stations servicing four spots in our underground parking lot. The EV parking spots are located on the first level (P1 Upper) near the entrance to the lot. 

These charging stations, known as the CT4000 model, offer two standard SAE J1772™ Level 2 charging ports with locking holsters, each port supplying up to 7.2kW.  With this standard connector, ChargePoint level 2 stations can charge any* Electric Vehicle.

*Please note: Teslas may need to use their adaptors as the stations were installed in 2021 before the NACS system for Teslas was adopted universally.
